The 10% room-discount privilege ends immediately upon expiry of the membership card and cannot be claimed retroactively.

Room bookings cannot be cancelled or changed.

การแลกรับส่วนลดหรือแลกซื้อสินค้าในอัตรา 10% ของยอดซื้อสะสม (เมื่อมียอดซื้อสะสมครบ 10,000 บาทขึ้นไป) จะต้องแสดงบัตรสมาชิกหรือแจ้งหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ทุกครั้ง และยืนยันตัวตนด้วยรหัส OTP ผ่านหมายเลขโทรศัพท์หรืออีเมล ทั้งนี้ ต้องแลกรับส่วนลดหรือแลกซื้อสินค้าที่ร้านจำหน่ายของที่ระลึก Mustard Shop ทั้งหมดต่อการใช้สิทธิหนึ่งครั้ง โดยสิทธิตามข้อนี้จะยังคงมีผลต่อเนื่องเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี หลังจากวันที่บัตรสมาชิกหมดอายุ ทั้งนี้ ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
To redeem a discount or products worth 10% of accumulated spending (once accumulated spending reaches 10,000 THB or more), you must present your membership card or provide your phone number every time, and verify your identity via an OTP sent to your phone number or email. Each redemption must be used in full in a single transaction at the Mustard Shop. This right remains valid for 1 year after the membership card’s expiry date. It cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

If you redeem the discount or products before the card expires, your accumulated spending is reset and starts over in the next purchase cycle. The new accumulated spending must again reach 10,000 THB or more before you can redeem a discount or products worth 10% of accumulated spending again.

The discount/product redemption cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, and any additional amount paid will not count towards accumulated spending.

The Voyage Member Card membership fee is 990 THB (VAT included).
บัตรมีอายุการใช้งาน 1 ปี นับจากวันที่สมัครบัตร และไม่สามารถต่ออายุบัตรเดิมได้ แต่สามารถสมัครบัตรใหม่ได้ที่ร้านจำหน่ายของที่ระลึก Mustard Shop
The card is valid for 1 year from the sign-up date and cannot be renewed; however, a new card may be purchased at the Mustard Shop.
กรณีบัตรสูญหาย ไม่สามารถออกบัตรใหม่ได้
Lost cards cannot be replaced.

The Voyage Member Card privileges may not be sold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes. If any violation is found, the hotel reserves the right to immediately cancel the membership and all privileges, and to claim any damages incurred, such as room-rate discounts.
